Ivalua Senior Consultant

We are a Public Sector business line, specialised in innovative transformation services to economic, tax, contracting and human resources management areas for International Organisations. We want to boost the digitisation of these management processes to achieve, using technologies (ERP, Cloud, Big Data Analytics, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.) a more proactive, agile, efficient, and transparent management.

We are currently looking for an Ivalua Senior Consultant, whose main responsibilities will be:

  • Work on new and exciting products.
  • Be part of a team, made up of different development profiles, of different nationalities.
  • Transform requirements into functionalities.
  • Design, develop, and implement Ivalua using vendor or blended methodologies.
  • Ensure the alignment of the global solution, incorporating best practices comprehensively in the solution.
  • Ensure the alignment of the solution with the client's needs.
  • Convey the objectives, scope, roles, functions of the project and the expected solutions.· Support the team in planning and carry out exhaustive supervision of the project / service, proposing solutions to the client to cover the requirements with standard or workaround solutions.
  • Participate in meetings, forums and discovery sessions.


  • Around 5 years of experience in implementation of market solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in iValua P2P but with strong orientation to technical aspects.
  • Experience implementing eInvoicing solutions (ex. Docusign) with iValua.
  • Ability to work in a quick start environment.
  • Motivated team leader that can support and help his/her team to grow professionally. Willing to spread knowledge becoming a reference for others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great teammate with strong analytical, problem solving, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience working under the agile mindset.
  • University degree.
