As part of the continuous growth of everis we are looking for a HR Advisor to join our People Department in London.
The role will suit someone who is an all round generalist, who has experience with supporting managers with employee relations support, creating new policies, procedures, processes, including disciplinary and grievances, dismissals and redundancies. You should be approachable, patient and meticulous with the ability to set and follow robust processes.
The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organised and team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have great attention to detail.
Requirements
What you'll need:
- 3 to 5 years work experience as a HR Advisor and/or similar role
- Ability to work independently and/or on their own initiative.
- Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
- Ability to communicate(written and oral) with all levels of staff in English fluently.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office package
